It's been awhile

Wow.  Just realized how long it has been since I posted.  I'm going to blame this on World of Warcraft.  Yes!  I got sucked into the most wonderful of wonderful games.  Damn.  Between work and WoW I don't spend nearly enough time with R and K.  Fuu is growing up fast so I should pay more attention.  We are attempting potty-training!

So quickly recap the past several months.  Work: Everyone in my dept. left (except me).  Hired several new people.  Proved my worth and got an awesome annual review.  They now give me the "troubled" projects because I get 'em fixed!  Went to GenCon.  Stayed out in zero degree weather and got a Wii.  Got Zelda.  Got WoW.  :) Haven't played Zelda yet.  :(  Damn WoW.  Katie had second B-Day.  Bears lost Super Bowl.  Sister-In-Law is getting married in Sept.  Weddings all over this summer!  Looking forward to it.

So, what brought me back was the posting of my very good friend.  japandysama

He's visiting his girlfriend in Japan.  She's on exchange for teaching over there.  Never met her, but you can tell A really likes her.  Pershaps even the "L" word.  Not my place to say there.  I'll have to meet this girl when she returns.  Seems she likes DDR and I MUST CHALLENGE HER TO TEST HER SKILLS!!  You can see his journal entries from his Japan trip here.    http://japandysama.livejournal.com/
